La Asamblea Nacional Constituyente (ANC) a trav\u00e9s de la Ley Antibloqueo<\/a> para el Desarrollo Nacional y la Garant\u00eda de los Derechos Humanos, aprob\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n del Centro Internacional de Inversi\u00f3n Productiva<\/strong>, como ente encargado del registro, estudio y seguimiento de las medidas coercitivas unilaterales y otras medidas restrictivas o punitivas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Durante la sesi\u00f3n de debate para la aprobaci\u00f3n de dicha Ley, el presidente de la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente, Diosdado Cabello, detall\u00f3 que este Centro ser\u00e1 el encargado de la evoluci\u00f3n, aprobaci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n de los proyectos productivos derivados de la aplicaci\u00f3n de dicho Instrumento Constitucional y la gesti\u00f3n de la marca Pa\u00eds como estrategia orientada a la promoci\u00f3n de inversiones y al comercio exterior.<\/span><\/p>\n

Asimismo, inform\u00f3 que el Centro Internacional de Inversi\u00f3n Productiva contar\u00e1 con un Observatorio el cual funcionar\u00e1 como un \u00f3rgano cient\u00edfico para la generaci\u00f3n de conocimientos pertinentes y relevantes destinados al estudio acad\u00e9mico, el seguimiento y evaluaci\u00f3n de los procesos de implementaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como el de sus resultados.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tendr\u00e1 como tarea la elaboraci\u00f3n de informes, propuestas estad\u00edsticas, entre otras actividades dirigidas a generar conocimiento para colocarlo a disposici\u00f3n del p\u00fablico, a los fines de difundir los temas, datos y efectos nocivos de las medidas coercitivas unilaterales y otras medidas restrictivas o punitivas de forma pedag\u00f3gica, en beneficio del conocimiento colectivo y en particular de provecho del pueblo venezolano.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
