  UPTP LUIS   MARIANO   RIVERA.<\/b><\/p>\n


<\/b><\/p>\n

Planta Piloto es una planta de producci\u00f3n a peque\u00f1a escala, adscrita al<\/b><\/p>\n

Departamento de Tecnolog\u00eda de Alimentos que en el a\u00f1o 2001 es dotada con<\/b><\/p>\n

equipos provenientes del Proyecto Ley Paraguas, valorados en m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n<\/b><\/p>\n

de d\u00f3lares ($ 1.000.000), con una mediana capacidad de producci\u00f3n para la fecha<\/b><\/p>\n

de instalaci\u00f3n. Desde entonces, cumple funciones de Docencia, Investigaci\u00f3n,<\/b><\/p>\n

Extensi\u00f3n y Producci\u00f3n, capacitando futuros profesionales en el procesamiento de<\/b><\/p>\n

productos c\u00e1rnicos, marinos, frutas y hortalizas enlatados en serie, cumpliendo la<\/b><\/p>\n

Norma COVENIN, conjuntamente con el Centro de Investigaciones.<\/b><\/p>\n

Estatus de la Planta Piloto<\/b><\/p>\n

La Planta Piloto est\u00e1 paralizada con motivo del deterioro y obsolescencia de la<\/b><\/p>\n

Caldera de vapor que requiere sustituci\u00f3n e incremento de la capacidad y de igual<\/b><\/p>\n

manera una Cerradora semiautom\u00e1tica de lata, con un grado importante de<\/b><\/p>\n

obsolescencia que paraliza la capacidad productiva de la planta.<\/b><\/p>\n

Marco Institucional<\/b><\/p>\n

La Planta Piloto es una infraestructura administrada por el Estado a trav\u00e9s de la<\/b><\/p>\n

Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica Territorial de Paria \u201cLuis Mariano Rivera\u201d, adscrita al<\/b><\/p>\n

Departamento de Tecnolog\u00eda de Alimentos, facultada para la auto gesti\u00f3n y<\/b><\/p>\n

contribuci\u00f3n a la producci\u00f3n de alimentos para consumo humano a nivel nacional<\/b><\/p>\n

e internacional.<\/b><\/p>\n
