    Dentro  de los dulces t\u00edpicos en Venezuela  existen muchos variedad, clasificaci\u00f3n y naturaleza de  dulce a  base de  frutas tropicales.  los   jobos  son una  variedad  de  fruto   dulce, tropical ricos  en vitaminas  C y  D, y  muy  gustosos   al paladar.  El proceso  para  preparar por   ejemplo un tipo   de  dulce   es el siguiente. Con cinco o   seis Jobos,   un Kilo de Az\u00facar,diez  clavo  especie.  Pelas los jobos, colocas una ollita con un poco de az\u00facar le agregas canela o clavitos dulces y vas revolviendo. Le echas los jobos y vas revolviendo hasta que se vaya formando como espeso y listo. <\/p>\n

    Dejas enfriar el dulce de jobo y lo sirves en unos vasitos o como quieras y veras, de   igual lo puedes  envasar   en   envase  de  vidrio   esterilizado,  para<\/span> su conserva..
